Returning Your IU Parking Permit
There are three ways to return your IU parking permit.

Virtual Permit Return:
1. Cut your permit into 3 pieces, making sure one cut goes through the middle of the barcode.
2. Take a photo of the cut-up permit.
3. Email the photo to JagsPark@iu.edu.
Refund date: Your refund date will be based on the date we receive your email.
Drop Box:
Drop your IU parking permit in the Parking Permit Drop Box located directly outside our office:

You can use the drop box anytime — not just after hours!
Refund date: Your refund date will be one business day before the date your permit is retrieved from the drop box.
