Parking and Transportation Services is available to assist you in making parking arrangements for events being held on or near campus.
IU Indianapolis departments, schools, and external organizations interested in holding an event at IUPUI will need to submit an application to IU Indianapolis Event and Conference Services. Please be aware that our office cannot discuss parking arrangements with you until after your special event application has been processed.
We are here to help you decide which parking options work best for your event. You can choose to have your spectators pay for parking or your organization can cover all or a portion of the fees. Parking arrangements can be made through our office by emailing iuipark@iu.edu or calling 317-274-4232.
Events organized by IU Indianapolis and authorized IU Health departments/schools are able to purchase parking for your visitors. Your organization can choose validations, codes, or hangtag permits.
Validations | Validation tickets provide flexibility for your department or school by allowing you to determine if you will pay all or a portion of your guest's parking fees. To request validation tickets, please complete the New Parking Validation Account Form (new customers) or the Validation Ticket Order Form (returning customers). |
Codes | Garage codes allow your department or school to obtain a multi-digit number that you can provide to your visitors. Codes are charged on a per use basis at a flat rate. You can request a code by completing the Code Order Form. |
Permits | Your department or school can purchase hangtag permits for your attendees. We will work with you to determine if the permits should be designated for surface lot or garage parking. Please complete the Permit and Service Order Form. |
