The Indiana Black Expo Music Heritage Concert will take place on Friday, June 28 at Carroll Stadium.
In conjunction with this event, lots 59 and 80 will close on or about 5 pm on Thursday, June 27. IU Indianapolis EM and NC permits will be valid in the Vermont Street Garage for this event and summer parking permissions are still in effect.
Attendees may park in lots 59, 63, and 80 and the Barnhill, Vermont, Sports & Riverwalk Garages.
